Soulskin

‘Soulskin’ is a dreamy photo story inspired by the folktale ‘Sealskin, Soulskin’ as told by Clarissa Pinkola Estés. It tells the story of a water woman moving between her life in the great unknown and her life on earth. She yearns to find a balance between her spirit and human form and to find peace through integrating these seemingly polar parts of her self.

Currently showing at The IV Bienal of Photography, LANN museum, Ecuador

Model & Costume design, Arinola of Nola Black
